Lord, I praise You and I worship you for the great things today.
Thank You for this new year and these new beginnings for me. Thank You for my friends. Thank You for the great supper of rice and chicken and sweet potato in soy sauce I had shared with them and their roommate. Thank You that our college dean had noticed me and remembered me because of the job I had done that had the university president and guests pleased as I spoke in behalf of the participants of a seminar. Thank You that tonight I have a comfortable place to sleep while many others are freezing and cramped in evacuation centers.
Sorry because I could not help myself and masturbated again, but I have deleted the porn videos in my laptop and flash disk and I have no intention of downloading more. I am much more that being a sexually preoccupied person. Sorry that I was happy our instructors were absent, but I realized that it was me who actually lost the opportunity to learn something. Sorry that I had flirted with one of my classmates, one being just for fun and the other because I had no idea of how to show my love to. Now, I promise to show my affection to that single person that I really love and only to him, in a gentler way. I pray for strength and confidence as I prepare for examinations tomorrow. May I take responsibility for the results of my preparations. In return to these favors, I promise to build a study habit that would really be beneficial to me.

I also pray that my cold would be gone by tomorrow so I would be more comfortable in anything that I do. In return,I promise to be more hygienic and always wash my hands before I go to sleep.
